Return & Replacement Policy

At Luxury Indian Hair, every product undergoes strict quality control before dispatch. Due to the premium and hygienic nature of our products, we maintain a limited return and replacement policy.


Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at help@luxindianhair.in
  • Provide:
    • Full name & order number
    • Proof of purchase
    • Clear unboxing video (mandatory)

Eligibility Requirements

  • Product must be unused, uninstalled, and unaltered
  • Must be in original packaging with all seals intact

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  • Hair has been opened, worn, installed, combed, washed, or tampered with
  • Packaging is damaged or missing
  • Claim is based on personal preference (texture, color variation, length perception)

Return Shipping & Charges

  • Return shipping is customer’s responsibility and non-refundable
  • Shipment must be sent to our India address as “Sample” with declared value ≤ USD 15
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or clearance charges will be deducted from the final amount

Deductions Applicable

  • Shipping charges (original order) – non-refundable
  • Payment gateway fees (PayPal, etc.) – non-refundable
  • 2% restocking fee
  • Any import duties incurred during return

Important Policy Note

  • Partial returns are not eligible for refunds
  • If only part of the order is returned, we may offer replacement or store credit at our discretion
  • Once the product is used or installed, it is considered accepted and non-returnable

Refund Processing

  • All returned items undergo inspection upon receipt
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

Replacements

We prioritize replacements over refunds.

You may be eligible for a replacement if:

  • Incorrect item was received
  • Verified manufacturing issue

Requirements

  • Notify within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide complete video proof and images

Order & Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure accurate shipping details at checkout
  • Address changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, no changes can be made

❗ Orders with incorrect shipping details are not eligible for replacement or refund


International Orders

  • Customs duties, taxes, and delays are beyond our control
  • These charges are non-refundable under all circumstances
