Shipping and Delivery

Luxury Indian Hair ships its hair products worldwide. We ship each package from our registered office in Dehradun, India. If you want to order hair in bulk directly from the source, generally exceeding 2kg, then contact us using our Bulk Order page.

Before shipping, we thoroughly check our product multiple times to ensure you get quality hair products. The order processing generally takes 5-7 business days, and we facilitate shipping from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). We process orders on Saturdays, but as we do not ship on weekends, we cannot guarantee delivery on Saturdays and Sundays.

In case of inaccurate or incomplete addresses, or unverified details with your order, the order processing may be delayed by 1-2 more business days. Therefore, we appreciate and encourage all our customers to recheck the shipping and billing information before confirming the order.

We use FedEx priority express shipping to ensure the fastest and safest shipping of our packages. We ship orders within 2-3 business days after receiving the payment. Luxury Indian Hair delivers the order in 3-5 business days, except in African countries, which usually requires 7-15 days. After receiving the order confirmation, customers can easily track the orders by the email we send. However, you can also contact us at to know the shipment status.

International Orders

Luxury Indian Hair is not responsible for any fees, be it custom fees or taxes, which is associated with your shipment upon delivery.Kindly note that we do NOT refund shipping charges for returned orders.

Incorrect Address/Order Disclaimer

We encourage our customers to double-check the address details before checking out. Since we process the order as early as possible, it becomes very difficult for us to change the delivery address within a short time request. Also, if you wish to change or cancel the order, we request you to do it as soon as you place the order. For the delivery address change or cancelling or changing the order, please write to us at We will try our best to process your request, but we cannot guarantee, as the decision will be taken depending on the situation.

Delivered but Not Delivered

Once you confirm the order, you will receive a tracking number so you can easily track it. If on the tracking page, it is saying that the order has been delivered, but you have not received it yet, please immediately contact your local courier services to investigate the issue. We will not be able to help or held accountable where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
