Return and Exchange
We accept return and exchanges within the 7 days of the package delivered, only if the following conditions are met:
- The product should not be tempered in any way. We will not accept the hair products back if they have been used or altered, such as combed, brushed, cut, picked, or washed.
- The customer must be ready to bear the cost of shipping back to us.
- Luxury Indian Hair is not responsible or liable for any damages that occur in transit of goods being returned.

If you want to return or exchange the product, you have to bear returns or exchange shipping charges for the product. Also, we suggest that you track the shipping because we are not liable for any lost returns.
Note: If the product got damaged or lost while in the return shipping, then we will not be able to accept the return or exchange and the customer has to bear all the incurred cost.
As mentioned earlier, please update the order related information as quickly as possible because we only accept modification with 24 hours of order placed. The following points need to be also considered before placing or returning an order.
- If the item purchased is under sale, then you cannot cancel or change it.
- Items purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- You cannot cancel the previous order to avail of the sale.
